I'm brand new, where do I start?

New clients must create an account with MINDBODY. You can do this through our website or through the MINDBODY App (free download from the App Store). You will use the MINDBODY system for all bookings, purchases and account management.

What do I need to bring?

Wear comfortable activewear that you can move easily in and grip socks for safety and hygiene. Grip socks are available at the studio and purchase via Mindbody. Make sure you bring a water bottle and a sweat towel..

I have an injury, can I still attend classes?

Please ensure you have medical clearance to attend pilates classes if you are injured. We can modify exercises for people with specific requirements or common injuries so you are still welcome to attend classes. Make sure you listen to your body and let your instructor know if something doesn’t feel quite right.

Do I need to book before coming to a class?

Yes, bookings are essential. Bookings can be made through MINDBODY
