Reformer Beginner
This is an introductory level class ideal for people that are new to reformer Pilates, or those wanting to master their technique. Reformer Beginner focuses on the fundamental reformer exercises to build a strong foundation in your Pilates practice.
Suitable for beginners and pregnant clients. -
Reformer All Levels
Our signature class style, Reformer builds on everything you have learnt in our Beginner class to take your Pilates practice to the next level. Reformer is more advanced and will challenge your strength, coordination, stability and balance while giving you a fun and challenging full body workout.
Not suitable for pregnant clients over 13 weeks -
Reformer Jump
An athletic class style that brings a cardio element to your Pilates practice. We incorporate the jumpboard, hand weights and heavy springs for a strength building, intense full body workout.
Not suitable for pregnant clients or those with injuries.

Reformer Stretch
Reformer Stretch is a slow paced class that focuses on improving flexibility and mobility. You will use the reformer to move and stretch in a revitalising way, leaving your mind and body feeling reset.
Suitable for beginners and pregnant clients.

Private Classes
We offer 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 private reformer Pilates sessions, a great option if you are wanting a more tailored approach to your Pilates practice. In these 45 minute private sessions, we give you the attention and support needed to work towards your personal goals or requirements.
